‘WHAT ON EARTH IS OIL PULLING?’
THOSE WERE THE EXACT WORDS THAT LEFT MY MOUTH WHEN I FIRST HEARD MENTION OF THIS, EVEN AFTER A BRIEF EXPLANATION I WAS MORE INCLINED TO THINK OF THIS AS A JOKE OR A FAD THAN SOMETHING OF ANY SUBSTANCE OR ALBEIT PRACTICAL USE.
SO LET ME START WITH THE FUN STUFF, THE BENEFITS OF THIS SEEMINGLY CRAZY RITUAL . . .

Okay so while this may well be a recent craze, oil pulling is actually an ancient ritual that was established in India over 3,000 years ago.
I have just started Oil Pulling each day and I have to say that it is extremely easy to do, it is only my second day today so will keep you updated on the progress and changes (if any). I have as per usual carried out fairly extensive research on this prior to giving it a try and am surprised at the number of positive testimonials, the science behind it seems fairly solid also.
DON’T TAKE MY WORD FOR IT, GO TRY IT FOR YOURSELF . . .
To kick this off, you will need a tablespoon of organic pressed oil (Coconut or Sesame is preferred) and that’s it!
Swish in your mouth (Coconut Oil is usually solid at room temperature so start by chewing, it won’t take very long before it is in liquid form in your mouth) for about fifteen to twenty minutes—the lipids in the oil mixed with your natural saliva will begin to pull the toxins out of your mouth.
LOOKING BETTER NAKED WON’T GET YOU ANYWHERE WITH POOR ORAL HYGIENE OR YELLOW TEETH 🙂
