Let’s face it, in your daily quest to LOOK BETTER NAKED you barely have time to check your Email, Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, Periscope, WhatsApp (you get the idea!).

So how could you possibly have time to keep track of exactly how much water you’ve had to drink each day?

Water plays a very important role in our body, it transports nutrients and oxygen into cells, regulates body temperature, helps with metabolism and so on.

Drinking enough water can help us LOSE WEIGHT, look younger with healthier skin, elevates mood, aids digestion, improves immune health, increases your energy levels AND of course it will help you LOOK BETTER NAKED 🙂

We discussed the UBER-IMPORTANCE of staying hydrated in our last blog post CHECK YOUR PEE!

Your Smart Phone already manages most of your life, so why not let it handle your drinking water needs as well?
