Fitness and nutrition is now readily available at the touch of a button thanks to the numerous health and exercise apps available for your smart phone. But with hundreds of thousands out there to choose from, it’s hard to pick one, let alone actually put it to use.
There are a multitude of great apps out there which will specifically help you track your daily water intake etc (take a look at some of them to see which of their versions features or device compatibility suit your needs) but Daily Water just so happens to be what I have been using and I like it 😉
